Marshall Hatchick was started in London on 8th May 1995 by Nicholas Marshall and Keith Hatchick, both of whom had been partners with major city firms. The emphasis was and remains on providing specialist legal work in the business and commercial property sphere. In 2001, Michael Sparrow joined the firm as a partner, to be based largely in Woodbridge. Mike brought many years of experience both in commercial property and in administration (he was formerly managing partner of one of the largest firms in Ipswich).

Our London office is located in Bentinck Street in the professional district of the West End, and our office in Suffolk is in the historic riverside market town of Woodbridge.

James Robbins joined the firm as a Partner in April 2007 and specialises in both residential and commercial property with particular expertise in Housing Association work.
