Testimonials

Mr B

"I wish to express my gratitude for the manner in which you carried out the administration of the estate of my late wife. I much appreciated the compassionate way the appointments were held such that I was able follow and accept the procedures. I also found your guidance and advice invaluable. I have the confidence to attend any further appointments that are necessary."

"Thanks for all your work on our behalf, we could not have done this ourselves."

MR & MRS W -

"My wife and I are both pensioners but still in good shape in both mind body. However, we both know that this will not remain the case for ever and so we decided to draw up lasting power of attorney documents. Jennifer Humphreys at Marshall Hatchick, Woodbridge, completed the paperwork for us in a thorough, careful and considerate manner. She explained all the implications and ensured that we understood the process. Our wishes in regard to our health and welfare and property and finance are now recorded and copies lodged with our appointed attorneys. We can't look into the future but are sure this was a wise step to take."

Dear Chris Cumberbatch

I know professionals are extremely busy and their time is precious, but it has been virtually impossible to obtain information about how to proceed with the situation of the house.

Your advice and information has been very, very helpful.

I thank you again profusely for all your patient help.

Yours sincerely,

Ms Burton

Legal Clinic Banner

At Marshall Hatchick we understand that we all go through difficult times in our lives. At these times, the opportunity to speak to an expert to understand your legal position at an early stage can be invaluable. This is why we decided to launch our FREE Legal Clinic's.

The Legal Clinics allow you to come along and have a free, confidential, 30 minute meeting with one of our qualified solicitors, with no obligation to take the matter any further.

This is a great opportunity for you to discuss any legal problems you may be facing, free of charge and we can advise you on how it can be solved and the next appropriate step.

We understand it can be very easy to ignore a building problem and push worry to one side, but we can provide you with the information and advice which can help you make an informed decision.

It may be that you are in dispute with your neighbour, landlord or tenant, or coming to the end of a relationship and having difficulty agreeing the arrangements for your children.

Our solicitors can advise you on matters including but not limited to:

  • Employment Disputes
  • Neighbour and Land Disputes
  • Contesting Wills
  • All Family Matters
