The Partners

Nick Marshall
Nicholas Marshall was formerly a partner in the commercial property department of major City practice Lawrence Graham. He has considerable experience of commercial property work involving institution and property company work, development schemes, landlord and tenant work, joint venture agreements, occupation leases and associated documentation. Nicholas has particular experience in acting for US corporations.


Keith Hatchick
Keith Hatchick was formerly a partner at a large West End firm, after having worked for some years with Nabarro Nathanson. He handles a broad range of corporate commercial ventures from small business start ups, joint ventures and partnerships, to mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and Stock Exchange work (particularly secondary markets). Keith has contributed to a number of journals and books and given seminars. Keith is professionally involved in a number of arts and media organisations and represents a couple of music and opera festivals. He is also a director of the Executive Association of Great Britian.


Mike Sparrow
Mike Sparrow Now running the office in Woodbridge, his home town, Mike Sparrow joined the firm with considerable management, financial and administrative skills, coupled with 27 years experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial, country house and residential property work. Mike was formerly managing partner of Gotelee & Goldsmith, one of the largest firms in Ipswich.


James Robbins
James Robbins joined Marshall Hatchick on 2nd April 2007 as a Partner and is based at our Church Street office in Woodbridge. He started his legal career in 1986 with Westhorp Ward & Catchpole, that firm subsequently merging with Birketts where he remained until 1999. He then joined his current firm Mears Hobbs & Durrant in Lowestoft as a partner. James deals primarily in commercial and residential property specialising in Housing Association work. He is 39 years old and lives in Rendham with his wife and two children.
