Lynn Middleton

Lynn Middleton was born and educated in Bedfordshire and began her career as a Magisterial Officer within the Hertfordshire Magistrates Courts Service. Lynn later worked for firms of Solicitors in both Essex and Bedfordshire before moving to Suffolk in 1989. She then joined the firm of H.T. Argent & Son in 1992, attaining The Institute of Legal Executives Professional Higher Diploma in Probate Practice in 2002 and The Institute of Legal Executives Professional Higher Diploma in Law of Probate and Succession in 2004 and, alongside her colleagues, making the transition to Marshall Hatchick in 2015.

Over the years, Lynn’s warm and approachable personality has enabled her to guide and assist so many families through the administrative process following a bereavement and in her retirement Lynn continues in the role of part-time Consultant.
