Michelle Chemli

Michelle qualified in 2003 whilst working at Eversheds for 8 years. Having gained a wealth of experience in civil litigation, she now concentrates on all aspects of matrimonial and family law. She joined Marshall Hatchick LLP in April 2019 to run the family law department.

Michelle prides herself on providing practical and realistic advice, whilst finding the best possible outcome that avoids, where possible, expensive court litigation. Michelle is also a member of Resolution.

She offers a wealth of experience in:

• Divorce/Dissolution and separation
• Financial issues following divorce/dissolution proceedings, including complex cases involving assets abroad or tied up in a trust
• Child Arrangement proceedings including internal and external relocation
• Pre nuptial and post nuptial proceedings
• Non Molestation and Occupation Orders

Michelle grew up locally, she enjoys the theatre, walking her dog along the beach and is happy to have a go at most DIY projects.
