Biography

Rachel qualified in 1994 and has always worked in dispute resolution.  She has been with Marshall Hatchick since 2019.

Rachel has detailed experience in civil and commercial property disputes, regularly including residential and commercial landlord and tenant, boundary disputes, ownership disputes, trusts of land, Japanese knotweed, dilapidations, lease renewal and breach of contract.

She also regularly advises clients of the grounds to challenge a will and advises on the suitable procedures for both potential claimants and executors of a will. She takes action to remove executors if necessary and to deal with disputes in the Court of Protection.

Rachel has two children in their 20s.  She regularly goes to the gym and enjoys walking and paddleboarding in the summer.
