Teresa Cleary

Teresa joined Marshall Hatchick in April 2025, having previously spent 25 years at Gotelee Solicitors LLP, and is based in the Saxmundham office dealing with residential conveyancing matters.

She advises clients on all types of residential conveyancing including buying and selling property, transfers of property and remortgages. She also deals with transfers of matrimonial property, title investigations and registrations. She is patient and provides a prompt and efficient service, keeping in touch with clients throughout the matter ensuring that everything proceeds smoothly.

Outside of work she likes to spend time with her partner and young family, and occasionally finds the time to relax by reading, cooking, and travelling.
